The goal was to build a strong brand image and a new marketing message, in relation to the expanded scope of activity.

The caretaking services are a sensitive area, therefore our image and content activities were strongly based on preparing an appropriate communications strategy for a group of 45+ women. Conducting the same in accordance with the determined goals: image and pro-sales, we managed to transfer the trade experience from the Polish and German market also to the European one: Romanian and Bulgarian.

Managing the content in a professional manner we involved the recipient of the company in such a way that we managed to move most recruitment channels online. Supporting MEDIPE in the accomplishment of the goals, we implemented maximally effective solutions which increase conversion. Selection of an appropriate and coherent graphical and text communication, as well as development of the visual identification and BTL materials allowed a stable, strong and flexible vision of the brand to take shape in the caretakers’ awareness.

Conducting activities which increased the brand awareness, as well as product campaigns and cultivating relations with the recipients in the social media, we built an image of a strong and reliable agency, standing out against its competitors and positioned as a leader of the trade, not only on the Polish market, but also on the international one.



Since the very beginning, we viewed this project from a broad perspective. We responded to Medipe’s needs, because we know the best way to communicate a brand.
We adjusted the marketing tools to make them support the new strategy, and adopted the communication accordingly to the specific target group.
