Flamenco Party

An event during the festive season that deviates from the traditional Polish Christmas Eve aesthetics? Unos, dos, tres... flamenco! The concept straight from sunny Spain appealed to the client. Therefore, we grabbed our castanets and set off to the dance event with our proven subcontractors 🌹

The detailed preparation plan included, among other things, a tasting dinner with a demonstration table, which enabled the client to make definitive decisions regarding the event menu - based on Spanish specialities - and key design elements.

The decor of the hall and other hotel areas was a display of our decorators' skills. Red and black were the prevalent colours, tastefully intertwined in the floral decorations, interior design features, and printed materials - from the invitations to the welcome cards in the guests' rooms to the menus and the table arrangement. Gold accents, matching lighting, and the gorgeous wall and mirrored floor, captured in numerous photographs, added to the overall aesthetic appeal.

We took nearly 300 people to a land vibrant with dance, music, and regional delicacies. The party continued until dawn with captivating performances by the flamenco group and the Zawartko/Piasecki duo. The safety of the event was not overlooked as we ensured that all participants were insured and provided on-site security.
